I agree with DJMyke. It really helps practicing with full length songs ^__^. This way you'll get a good understanding of the problems involved in building a decent structure.

Loops, eh? I think you should aim for full length songs.
It'll be easier once you make a couple. You'll sit down and the music will flow str8 from your brain to your keyboard, or whatever you're using, so it'll basically write itself. Trust me on this.
Also, If you need any tips for using FL Studio, I'm your man!
